Roll Pans "with" dual exhaust holes

I'm still looking for any and all roll pans which include holes for a rear
exiting dual exhaust (aka Cuda tips etc). I'm thinkin that no matter how
good the suto body shop is, if they "make" holes for my exhaust into a new
roll pan....it's probably not gonna look so hot.

I know a while back I had seen a pic of a Dakota with a roll pan, which also
had two holes for the exhaust tips.

Once again all............your help is appreciated.
