It will make a little bit of a difference. What will really make a big
difference is going from UDMA33 to UDMA66 or 100. But you either need a
motherboard that supports it or a special card. I have both a 10GB 5400 and
a 13GB 7200 and I can tell a difference in seek time. Good Luck.
