That was I was saying to myself last night from light-to-light with a Acura
Integra Type S. Kept on laughing from burning my rubber in front of her and
behind her and staying with her 34,000 car. Bahahaha. "Hey! That big all
truck can't be my fast Type S?" SMOKINNNNNN THE TIRES BABY.

Torque is what you need to get you off the line but hp is what you have
to have beyond 3k rpm. My Shelby Dak had lots more torque than my son's
Shelby Datoyna turbo 4. I pulled him 2 car lengths to 30 but then his
horsepower advantage quickly overtook me and he could beat me about 3
car lengths at 60. Diesels have lots more torque than a equal size gas
engine but they cant outrun squat unless highly modified. A V10 mustang
would probably waste that extra torque with wheel spin!
