Do the mph by getting on an Interstate and working with the cruise
control until you are passing a mile marker every sixty seconds. As a
final test I passed five markers in exactly five minutes, then put the
needle on 60. I then put my tach on 2000, but since you have a 4.7 I
can't help you with that one. You have the voltage right, 14 during
normal operation. Do the oil by turning the ignition to on, but do
not start the engine. The gauge should point to 0 at that point.
Point the gas gauge to 1/8 as soon as the light comes on.
