All you Calif. guys and gals, be careful out there. I hear it's fender
bender city on the roads as people play "Slip 'N Slide". Watch your
driving, stay off the phone, and don't worry 'bout your makeup. No one's
looking at you anyway.

LA is finally getting some much needed rain as the local networks get to
fire up their "Storm Watch" segments. Of course the rain tends to create
its own set of problems for the LA drivers, most who have no idea how to
drive in the rain. First you get the idiots who ignore the rain and drive
either the same speed if not faster while weaving in and out of traffic
(talking on cell phone, putting on make-up etc...). Next you got the
drivers who do slow way down, not a bad thing if they stayed out of the
left lane. Add to that the first rain bringing up the oil in the road and
you end up with idiot driver losing control of his vehicle trying to avoid
the slow driver in the fast lane and causing major accidents that bring the
LA freeways to a stand-still.

I can hardly wait to drive home. Its 12 noon now. I need to be at my
daughters to babysit at 5:00pm. A normal 20 minute drive. Think I should
leave now.
