    There should be a round plastic piece on top of the shift knob. Pry this
out with a small screwdriver. Underneath is a 13mm (I think) nut. Remove
this and unscrew the knob. If you do go with a Hurst T handle, they make one
which fits the 10 x 1.5 threads.
