I have 31x10.5s on 15x8 wheels on my truck and I had to remove the plastic
piece that was under the bumper, I did that rather than cutting it. It was
pretty ugly at first, but a can of black spray paint and some shiny chrome
tow hooks, and it looks great. My tires still rub though, when I turn, only
in one little spot though, so I just avoid that spot, it's not hurting
anything, it rubs on the plastic fender well. FWIW
