Jay, I'm sorry for not posting any results or recommendations before now,but
I'm back!.I transferred to another college and it was hell trying to get
everything changed over these last 2 or 3 weeks. Here's what I have done:
1-Change engine oil-Valvoline all-climate 5W-30
2-Change engine oil filter-Napa Gold filter
3-Add fuel system treatment-Valvoline SynPower fuelsystem treatment
4-Clean&re-oil K&N filter-K&N recharge kit
5-Clean,inspect,& adjust brakes-Valvoline SynPower brake parts cleaner
6-Alignment on front wheels
7-Rotate and balance wheels&tires
8-Clean inside of wheels and hub mounting surface, coat mounting surface
and lugs with anti-sieze compound
9-Thoroughly clean and inspect undercarriage,repair scratches/damage
10-Reapply Rain-X to exterior glass
11-Lubricate weatherstrip/exposed rubber parts
Ok, now- I am still waiting on my Mopar chrome rearend cover to come in so I
can change the diff fluid(I will be using valvoline synthetic w/mopar
friction modifier),and the transmission lube(still undecided on this because
transmision is in progressively worse condition and I'm afraid it may have
to be replaced soon).I will be changing the spark plugs at the same time,
using bosch +4's,p/n 4417.I will probably be getting some paintwork done
soon, and will thorughly clean and polish the truck at that time.I stand by
my valvoline products, and would recommend them to anybody.I hope I am
preserving my truck with my maintenance schedule, and possibly inspiring some
other folks to care for their vehicles better.Hope this is what you were
looking for! If you or anybody else has any questions, please feel more than
free to direct them to me in a response to this post or in a personal
e-mail.TTYL,

How is it going Will, haven't heard from you for awhile. Was wondering how
your maintenance on your truck is going and what you do or don't recommend
through your experience.
TTYL
Jay
