360 into a 96 Dak

I'm putting a 96 360 into my 96 318 Dakota...

Aside from having to use a 360 computer, weight balance the flexplate/torque
converter..

What other things do I need to worry about?

Are the 318 heads identical to the 360 heads on the 96 models???
