    I don't have P1201 listed in my '99 FSM, but P1281 is "Engine is cold
too long". A brief description of P1281 is "Engine coolant temperature
remains below normal operating temperatures during vehicle travel
(thermostat)"
    It sounds like your 180 T-stat might be too cold. Rather than swapping
it out, try blocking off the radiator by placing a piece of cardboard or
something in front of it. If that doesn't work then I guess it's back to
your old temp.
