That's why they keep the room air conditioned at about 68 degrees and a BIG
fan in front of the vehicle. (At least my local Dyno shop does.)

Also note when doing a dyno there isn't fresh air rushing into the engine at
30, 40, 60, 90mph. I did a temp test and found the intake temp drops real
quick when moving.
