Ok, I may have missed this thread, but is this unit a bumper cover, or does
it replace the current front bumper? I need to know so I can start getting
molds ready to make some new fiberglass front fenders for the 96, I am going
to mold in a set of 4" fender flares so I can stuff some 18x8's under the
front and have no clearance problems after I lower it down where I want it.
