If the ordering page had SSL, you'd see a little yellow lock in the
bottom right of IE. I presume the site had this. The return email,
however, was not encrypted, and may have been sniffed by anyone along
the way without your knowledge (and no way to find out), plus the time
it sat in AOL's servers. Even if you deleted it from AOL after printing
it (which I strongly recommend you do), it may be backed up or stored in
an archvie of theirs somewhere.

I recommend you not do business with these people again.
