PCV has vacuum which also pulls air from the breather. The amount of vacuum
in the airhat isn't as strong as coming from the intake manifold. (I think
that last post came out slightly confusing.)
Under light load (high vacuum), the PCV is working. Under WOT, the breather
takes over since the PCV valve closes.
