First the good stuff :-)
I haven't raced anyone in a long time but yesterday, sitting at a light
where 3 lanes narrow down to 2, I was in the middle with a Chevy S10 Extreme
on the left and GMC Yukon Denali Pimp-mobile on the right. Both were edging
forward and the Extreme was riving pretty hard. Acting like I didn't know
the existed, I slipped the tranny into 2 low, turned off the OD and waited.
Light changes, the Denali was a total slug, left WAY behind. The Extreme
kept up through the intersection but when I hit 2nd, he was
history......Heh.
Then, just a few miles down the road I lined up with a Ford Ranger Splash
with so many nascar and Ford Motorsports decals that I figured he must have
something. Still jacked up over the double spank, I floored it and left this
domestic ricer eating exhaust fumes... no contest.
Good day!
Then today, take the truck to get it inspected, after an hour or so the guy
calls and says it's about done, just need wiper blades. I give to OK to put
new ones on and go to get the truck.
$69.00..... $19.94 for the inspection, $50.00 for 2 god-damn wiper blades
and "labor" installing them.
WTF??? Needless to say, this place will never see me or anyone I know EVER
again.
Talk about a total ripoff joint.... gonna see what the local BBB has on
these folks.
