I sent a question to NGK about their plugs for our trucks. Below is their
response about their conversion for Autolites. Sorry guys, I just like
NGK's and would like to use them in my Dak. One question though, could
someone explain to me, as this means nothing to me, the difference between a
5/8 hex and a 5/8 ISO?

    The problem is that Autolites heat ratings arn't as accurate as ours.
When you cross there numbers it crosses into two or three of our heat
ranges. In the Autolite catalog the direct cross is to our 3540 which is a
BKR6EVX-11. You can use the BKR or the BCPR the difference is that the BCPR
is a 5/8 hex and the BKR is 5/8 ISO. Your best bet is to use the BKR6EVX-11

        Okay, problem here Jon. You said the Autolite single platinum
plugs AP3923 and AP3924 cross with the NGK BCPR6EVX-11. But the Autolite
3923 is a colder plug than the 3924. What gives? Why the same NGK part
number for 2 different Autolite plugs?
