I just wanted to write you to let you know that I appreciate the terrific
service I've received from your company.
I placed an order via your website for 2 sets of wiper blades for different
vehicles (one single order). I received my order quickly, and it was
correct and complete (including the discount for being a Dakota Mailing List
member). A little less than one week later I received another identical
order with a invoice number. I called late that day, it was a Friday, and
spoke with a friendly person who took my information and said she would have
someone call me back to correct it. I did receive a message on Monday, and
I apologize that I don't recall the person's name, but she left me a nice
message including her direct number. When I contacted her, she very
pleasantly took care of the problem completely and promptly by giving me
shipping details (at no cost to me) and refunding the full amount of the
second order, including shipping. Today I received a complete confirmation
in the mail including a credit card receipt showing the credit to my card.
In the past, other companies I have dealt with have not been willing to
correct mistakes, and when pressured, do so begrudgingly. I applaud
Specialty Silicone Products for the outstanding customer service attitude of
it's people, which turned a minor goof into a very positive experience. I
am CCing this message to the DML as well.
