Sounds like you might want to bet on it. As far as facts - I have read the
exact same thing (from my FSM) - do I consider them facts? No - especially not
when I find out otherwise from experimentation. Good ole scientific method -

Uh - that would be 1,2,5,6,7 according to your data...

This says NOTHING about the transition from Open-Loop to Closed-Loop and EXACTLY
what causes the transition to occur. Furthermore, the word "Input" in the
sentence that starts "Input from the O2 sensors is not monitored..." is somewhat
vague. Input for the purpose of what? Providing fuel and spark delivery or
for determining when to transition from Open-Loop to Closed-Loop. These are two
distinct things that can both use the same input for a potential different
purpose.
