Then switch it out for the Robert Shaw version 755-180 at AutoZone.

The all aluminum block will be out this fall on the R/T 4.7 hemi version.
The heads, block and the compression will be changed.

I bother me on the temp reaching from 195 to 210. Try the Superstat and was
not impressed, so I moved to the Robert Shaw version. Another thing to
consider is to switch the intake, TB, and spark plugs before the exhaust.
Keep the stock box for dealership problems...

yes, the thermostat is stock....

don't the 4.7s have aluminum blocks? i figured aluminum would transfer the
heat better therefore cooling the engine more. the truck running at 210
degrees doesn't really bother me right now, but before too long i'm gonna
put the k&n cone filter on it...all that extra heat in the engine bay might
slow me down since i'll be removing the stock air box.
