which filter to get with the Z-tube

Which Z-tube air filter do you guys recommend and why do you recommend
it?

The options are the Power Stack or the Big Mouth, both can come in a 7"
or 9" size. Should I assume most expensive is best? Why would I chose
a 7" if a 9" has more surface area and thus allows increased airflow?
