Well, it was definitely ONE EXCELLENT DAY! Made it to the 4th round and
then lost by breaking out...that's ok with me...I lost to a 2000 'Vette.
(Shut down that little geek in his Red Honda...him and his buddies were
talking sh-t about their cars anyway...heheheh...god they were SLOW!)
One of these guys was your typical "Rice Boy": Lowered Honda (Civic???)
with a Purple Paint job, gutted interior, 4-point roll cage, huge Tach on
the dash, stock muffler, and lot's of attitude...he ran a 11.8 in the 1/8th
mile....BAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA.....
Anyway...here's the stats:
BEST 1/8th Mile Time:
R/T: 0.6915 (Oops)
60': 2.2760
330': 6.4270
1/8 et: 9.910
1.8 mph: 70.66
That's with the Powerdyne and a stock V8 Throttle Body. I shaved 3-tenths
off of my old best in the 1/8 mile! :) (That's mainly due to the 9#
pulley)
Not bad for how she's built. :)
