Clutch is a lot cheaper to replace than an automatic tranny.

I don't understand your comment. Are you saying you can not pull a
boat out
with a manual? The documentation for the dak's says there is little
difference in the GCWR (Gross Combination Weight Rating) between the
manual
and automatics. In the 3.9L, the auto has a slight advantage
regardless of
rear end. The 4.7L give the man a slight advantage with the 3.55
rear, equal
with the 3.92. The 5.9L is the same regardless of rear end or tranny.

The question is would I trust the clutch to pull 6,000lbs of boat,
fuel,
trailer, accessories out of the water? Only while under warranty ;^P
