Use an Add-A-Leaf to raise the rear. You can, however, if you're really up
to it...move the springs to the top (some re-fabrication required) but the
springs will de-arc after a while.

Matt,

NOt to ask a dumb question, but do your leaf springs mount on the bottom o
rthe
top of the axle? I've a 93 2wd I am wanting to lift the same as you, but
cant
use the blocks because the leafs mount on the bottom. I am goiing to get my
cousin to help me relocate the spring and shock mounts to on top, unless
someone
wants to trade me their 4x4 rear axle for my 2wd ;)... Other wiise the
blocks
will lower the truck.

Good luck.
