I called MP a while back and to make a long story short, they sent me an Auto PCM for my 5-spd truck. I even installed it, and there were all kinds of lights lit up on the dash and it threw several codes. Trans Temp, O/D, and several other lights were on. Torque Converter Lock Up code and other auto only codes came up immediately. Plus the PCM wasn't happy that the VIN code for my manual truck didn't match the auto code in the PCM. The tech @ the dealer said it might not run correctly since the mixture and idle settings for the Auto and 5-spd are slightly different. Big pain in the ass. I'm still pissed @ MP for that one.
