Chuck,
        When you say 3/8" curve, do you mean radius or diameter (guessing
radius)? I'm thinking we'll just make a plywood jig to bend them or, if
we get really desperate, just a piece of pipe of the right size.

        I say "we" because my father wants to do this as well, so we'll do them
at the same time and get it over with. That way I get easy access to
the digicam for quick & easy posting.
