Ok, I can't bite my tongue any longer. Perhaps I speak for a few others,
perhaps I speak only for myself, but I think you are nuttier that squirrel
shit. 210 in the desert with those grille covers you have on? What are you
complaining about? you only rev a 4.7 to 1400 rpm? If that's actually true
(you must drive really slow, because 70 in 5th is 2400 rpm) you haven't even
entered the power band, no wonder you don't think it has any guts. You're
probably doing more harm to the engine by lugging it at those rpms than if
you drove it normally. You change the diff fluid and trans case fluid at
*every oil change*. Hey, it's your time and money, but that's silly.

Haven't seen the valve cover problem you speak of either.
