With only 36000 miles on the clock, it's probably not bad. Do you have the
tools to get the readings from it? (Before changing it out.)
Since it's upstream from the Cat, it should give you a pretty good idea on
how the truck is running.

Yeah I am not blaming the FMS#19 at all, cause I do like them. I just didnt
know where to start looking for to fix the rich running problem. My stock 02
Sensor was replaced at 101,500 miles and I replaced it with a stock dealer
bought sensor. The current one basically has about 36,000 miles on it. I
thought about the 02 sensor possibly giving the puter fautly readings and
thsu causing my truck to run rich, but the scanner I used showed the 02
sensor to be within 'specs.' On my truck, I only have one sensor, which is
located upstream(before the cat). Whatcha think? Replace it?
