We don't know. Not a specific name, brand, or model was given. If your
pre-amp output device is pretty old. I'd guess about 1.8Vs.

Are you talking about the input sensitivity gains on the amp? That is just
a volume knob. Adjust it so where the level you're comfortable of taking
your other speakers is just about the MAX of the subwoofer's output without
distortion...
