Hey Patrick,

Unfortunately some people don't understand how things really work when it
comes to small businesses, especially running your own... I know what kind
of position you are in... Don't worry about those who may have bad
feelings...

I support you...

Hey, you don't happen to have a shift kit for a 96 Dak Sport 5.2l auto do
you?

Thanks,
Tom "Slick"

In a message dated 01-02-28 13:35:33 EST, you write:

<< I wouldn't be as concerned about your TB's as I am about your business
practices. You seemed to have left quite an impression on this list. >>

My business practices are very ethical. I was always on time with my
shipping, and still will be. I ran into a deal of legal/health issues that
really put a hamper on me being able to run my business. I'M ONLY HUMAN!

It was a one man operation, and, well, when that one man is hospitalized for
3 weeks unexpectedly, there's not muh that can be done. I have made amends
to
all people that have had slow delivery times (Free shipping, discounts,
hell,
I even gave someone a free shift kit once for all of the hassle) and the
only
other problem I can see was the core return process. Alot of this was due to
my hospitalization, but again, all amends have been made.

Again, I apologize to everyone and those who know me know I speak the truth.

ttyl
Patrick
