I'll be the first to admit that when I want to go fast, I just bury the pedal.
I have a '01 4.7 5-spd. Do you really get better response and/or numbers if
you back off WOT? I'll try it at the track to see if I can notice anything.
It's news to me, but then I haven't really paid attention.
