It never hurts to call 'em and ask.

I tried this with a Plymouth dealer in Orem, Utah that was about a block
away from my condo (the Dodge dealer was about 7 miles away). They told
me that legally, they could perform the work in an emergency, but they
really didn't want to since they don't usually work on trucks, don't have the
shop manuals, aren't really qualified, etc.
