Yup...that's exactly what happened. Stated this in a previous post as well.
Not Scott's fault, not mine, not Powerdynes. I'm writing this one off as a

425 pft is good, I started out at 419 pft on my first dyno runs and since I
dialed mine in my the second dyno runs showed 460 pft.
no waste gate
also bernd didnt blow up his pulley had no shims on it from powerdyne so it
was to tight on the case of the s/c and it started rubbing.
