They twitched before quitting? Sounds like an electrical problem. I'd
still check for more blockages (esp. snow packed in somewhere).
Definitely go for the fuse box (fortunately, the DC folks stashed a
spare of each "size" you'll need on the panel). If everything checks
out there, I think you'll have to go under the hood.

I dunno about you, but so far I'm underwhelmed with this storm.
Hopefully things will pick up overnight.
