Nope, has to go through people who build the PCM's or program them
specifically. In this case Mike Leach & Company. The flash will cost you
in the neighborhood of ~$500 unless you find an available HP PCM
specifically made for your vehicle for ~$300.

can the factory easily remove the speed limiter and change stuff like add
more timing. just wondering because budy owns dealership and if they can
maybe ill ask him.
