The T stat is on the passenger side of the engine down low- follow the
Radiator hose. Its in a black plastic housing (scary) but it works. The
gasket is a small rubber ring ( more of a seal than a gasket) that fits
around the flange of the Tstat, & sits in a groove in the housing . I
couldn't get one without ordering one from the Dealer...Not even a tstat or
gasket in stock tells you alot about the parts dept doesn't it? The one that
came out was in perfect shape- would have been reuseable...good luck Arnold
