Nope...you have to drop those things in the tank. Don't know how expensive
the replacement "thingys" are though.

Yeah Bernd it seems abit expensive but I think that is a permanent
treatment. If you read the info page it sounds like it is non consumable. I
would like to see the price of the inline type incase I for some reason
didn't like what it did to my truck. I just hate this damn pinging. I need
to put in the 180 thermostat but finding the time has been a challenge.
