Check Engine Codes

I have a 97' Dakota with 5spd, 5.2, and 42k miles. Not to long ago my Check
engine light came on, I checked the code that the truck gives me against the
list on DML and I can't find it(it displays 950). Can some-one give me a
hand with this? Love my truck but check engine lights make me nervous.
