I just did a price quote at the Koller Dodge website (Mopar Performance Parts
dealer of the year for both 1999 and 2000) and they had the new (beefier,
heavy-duty version) A518 AOD - part number P5249166 for $1411.05. I'll have
that quote in my hand when I go get my estimate for rebuilding my 2nd trucks
tranny (under warranty).
