That is correct. A voltage below 12 volts will either cause your fuel pump
or your fuel injectors to shut down, either of which will cause your engine
to stall.

check your battery if you have a burned cell in the battery this will cause
your truck to stall all dodges do that according to the service writter at
dealership.
