I've experienced this with low-quality filters having poorly designed Anti-
Drainback Valves in them (Fram and STP mainly). I run a WIX filter (or Mobil-
1) and haven't heard this noise since. (Yes...I had that noise as well on my
truck in the morning.) As for the Slick-50...don't bother with it.
