they sell it at the autoparts store about 3 bucks for a small tube that will
last you forever if you dont lose it. you put a small dab on the plugs or
whatever you dont want to seize up such as bolts and whatever else you can
think of. and next time you change the plugs it will be alot easier because
the plugs wont stick to the threads poss. damaging your heads.
