Well, I seem to remember that my 99 RT had an Ultraflow on it and it never
really got any louder. It seemed to have more tone when it was hot, but
never seemed to increase in volume. I just replaced my factory muffler on
my 00 4.7 and it sounds nearly the same as my RT did.
