Man, I'm in San Antonio, Texas. I filled up the Friday before I left for
Hawaii and paid $1.249 per gallon for Chevron premium (93 octane). All of
the stations in the area were at that price. Regular was $1.199 and
middlin' was $1.209. Usually there's only $.10 difference between regular
and premium, often less! The price today is still at that level.

BTW, when I was in Hawaii last week ( a virtual Dodge paradise, they were
everywhere!) regular was $2.009 per gallon on Oahu where it is refined.
It was $.50 per gallon higher on the island of Hawaii!!

Good thing those islands are small so you don't need much gas to get
where you're going!!
