Who wants to remove the intake manifold to change the plugs every time? I
can see your Mom's mechanic. Oops..I let the engine fall against the
radiator....now, what?

Removing the intake manifold helps a LOT.

My mother's Buick Regal has hinged engine mounts on the front. To
replace the plugs, they pull a pin and rotate the engine forward to get
at them. I'd like to see them actually do it, it sounds too cool!
