i know how you feel mark my back is always giving me problems due to
injuries sustained at work. hope you get better.by the way i use this
vitamin called MOVE FREE i think my wife gets it at GNC not sure though
it is not as strong as the pain killers but it really works you should try
it its worth the few bucks.
