need help form the 4.7 with auto

well the 4.7 stall proplem has hit my dak.:(

here what it dose:

whin cold 1) starts ok oil comes to 90 psig, batt. 14 vdc
        2)put in drive it sometines ingages (most of the time)
        3)untill it's worms up it stalls at stops (idels 200 to 1000 rpm)
thank you all for your help. temp today 17 to 25 f.
