Don't have the docs handy, but I seem to remember Mobil changing the
formulation a while back to include a chemical that would expand the
seals a bit, thus resealing if they're loose. However, at 123k I'd
probably stick with dino simply because it probably wouldn't increase
the lifespan of the motor at this point.

Just my opinion.
