Ok
I dont know if this would be wise to do or not... basically I like the
look/sound of the rough idle you often here in cars with custom cams.... I
was wondering if there was such a thing for a 3.9l v6. Also, if I did this,
would I need new lifters and pushrods? I have basically done everything as
far as engine work goes, but never messed with valves (so this my really be
out of my league) I have a strong background in mechanics.
Soo.... if they DO sell a perfomance (blub blub blub blub idle cam) for my
dakota 3.9l, what might be involved in putting it in?
I would imagine basically getting all the way down to the timing chain
(which really isnt THAT big of a deal) but what about valves/pushrods?
Thanks for any info you guys can help me out wiht
Wes
