do i have the dreaded belly pan gasket leak?

I've seen alot posted on the belly pan gakset being a
weak link. I looked down my throttle body and the
metal plate at the bottom looks damp, but it's not a
dark looking liquid. Could fuel alone have caused
this? Would it be a darker color like oil if I really
do have this gasket problem?
