I can agree with the vw-dakota crossover. My wife has a 2k Yellow New Beetle
with the diesel in it. When we test drove it we thought it was going to suck
big time....instead it really gets up and goes. You really can't beat the
mileage either. Since the TDI has broken in she sees around 48 to 52 mpg around
town. The amazing thing is she still complains about gas prices even though she
only fill up once a month.
